Practical Information
The course is conducted indoors in a training hall at BIKS Training Center.
Participants are strongly advised to bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including:

• Safety shoes
• Coveralls
• Helmet
• Gloves

BIKS can provide PPE on loan if needed, but for reasons of hygiene and comfort, it is recommended to use your own equipment.

The course follows Guideline No. 116 – Offshore Norge, which describes recommended procedures for packing, securing, and transporting cargo, as well as user inspection of cargo-carrying units (CCUs).

It includes both theoretical and practical training, and concludes with a written and practical exam.
Both exams must be passed in order to receive a course certificate.

Minimum Number of Participants
Courses are conducted with a minimum of 4 registered participants. If fewer participants are registered, the course may be cancelled, and affected participants will be informed as soon as possible.
