Registration and courses
How do I register for a course?
Go to Our courses, choose a course and an available date, then follow the registration steps. Contact us if you need help choosing the right course.
Can a company book courses for employees?
Yes. With access to My company, companies can book, cancel and reschedule their participants. Companies can also access certificates for their personnel who have completed courses at BIKS. Contact us if you need login details.
What prerequisites do I need?
Requirements depend on the course and course variant. Read the prerequisites on the course page before registering. If you are unsure whether your previous training meets the requirements, contact us for clarification.
I have completed theory training before. Which course should I choose?
Check whether there is a course variant that builds on the theory you have already completed. For example, G11 is available as a complete course or without Module 1; the latter requires Module 1 Common Theory. If you are unsure, contact us before registering and tell us where you completed the theory and what documentation you have.
Do you offer courses in English?
BIKS offers courses such as G11 in Norwegian and English. Check the language and available dates for your chosen course. Contact us if you cannot find the language or date you need.
Certificates and My profile
Where can I find my course certificate?
Your certificates are available in My profile. Use the email address you registered with BIKS. Certificates are also available in the BIKS app. Contact us if you need help with access.
What should I do if I have lost my certificate?
If you completed the course at BIKS, contact us. Include the course and your date of birth so we can identify the correct person and course.
Practical information
Where is the BIKS course centre in Bergen?
The address is Vågsgaten 6, 5160 Laksevåg. The centre is below Laksevåg Senter, in the same building as XL-Bygg, towards the waterfront. Check the meeting location for your specific course date. See practical information.
Is parking available?
There is a limited number of parking spaces marked for BIKS at the course centre. We recommend arriving early. See practical information for locations and alternatives.
