Practical Exam:
Conducted by appointment.

Exam Fees

• NOK 0,- – Free of charge if you completed the G8 course at BIKS
• NOK 4,500,- – If you did not take the course at BIKS
  (includes documentation processing and issuance of the G8 competence certificate)

If you completed the theoretical course at BIKS, the exam is free of charge.
This will be verified in our system prior to the exam.

Requirements for the Practical Exam
Before the exam can be carried out, the following must be in place:

• A valid mentor agreement with BIKS
• All relevant course certificates: Module 1, 2.3, 2.8, 3.8, and 4.8
• Completed and signed mentor agreement
• Copy of the mentor’s G8 competence certificate
• 40 hours of documented practice, signed by the mentor
  (Documentation must be submitted at the exam)

Work Clothing
The exam takes place outdoors by the lorry crane. Please bring:

• Safety shoes
• Coveralls or work clothing
• Gloves
• Helmet
• Weather-appropriate clothing

BIKS has a limited number of safety shoes (sizes 38–47), helmets, and coveralls available for loan, but we recommend bringing your own gear.
