Medium / High Pressure Cone & Thread (1 day)
This practical course is designed for engineers, technicians, and supervisors who work with the installation and inspection of medium- and high-pressure cone and thread connections.
The course is a supplementary module to the Fittings and Small Bore Tubing Systems course (Offshore Norway Guideline 143) and builds on the knowledge gained from that training.

Course objectives
After completing the course, participants will be able to:
Identify and understand safety measures when using cone and thread tools
Explain sealing principles for MP/HP fittings
Perform correct installation of cone & thread fittings
Use coning and threading tools correctly
Properly prepare tubing prior to assembly
Carry out inspection and troubleshooting of cone & thread connections

A course certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course
