Hydraulics Courses H1, H2 & H3 – CETOP Level 2 Certified

BIKS offers a wide range of hydraulics courses for maintenance personnel and technicians.
The courses are designed to provide participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge of hydraulic systems, focusing on safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

All courses comply with the requirements of NORSOK R-003N (2017) and are CETOP Level 2 certified, in accordance with European standards for hydraulic competence.

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (ATIL) and the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority (HAVTIL) require that maintenance personnel working with hydraulic equipment must complete basic safety training and acquire technical competence.

The training combines theory and practical exercises and concludes with a theoretical and practical exam.
Both exams must be passed in order to achieve CETOP certification.

Hydraulics H1 – Basic Course
Provides participants with an introduction to fundamental hydraulics, system construction, and safe operation. Equivalent to CETOP Level 1.

Hydraulics H2 
Focuses on more advanced systems, components, regulation, and maintenance.
Builds on H1 and forms part of CETOP Level 2.

Hydraulics H3 
Provides practical skills in system operation, analysis, and systematic troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
Forms part of CETOP Level 2.
