Course Description This course is a refresher in rope-based fall rescue, conducted in accordance with Offshore Norway (formerly Norwegian Oil and Gas Association) guideline 113.
The training combines theoretical instruction and practical exercises, focusing on risk assessment, safe use of equipment, rescue techniques, and teamwork under realistic conditions.
Prerequisites Participants must have completed and passed the 24-hour Rope-Based Fall Rescue course in accordance with Offshore Norway guideline 113.
Valid documentation of the basic course must be presented at the start of the course.

Validity The course certificate is valid for 2 years, in accordance with Offshore Norway guideline 113.
After the validity period has expired, the refresher course must be retaken to maintain certification.
