  How it is generated, and which work operations produce the most dust (e.g., cutting, grinding, drilling, blasting).

• Health hazards
  Particularly the risk of developing silicosis, COPD, lung cancer, and other respiratory diseases from long-term or high exposure.

• Legislation and regulations
  Applicable HSE requirements, exposure limit values, and the employer’s responsibilities.

• Preventive measures
  Ventilation, dust-reducing techniques, use of protective equipment (masks, goggles, clothing), and the importance of good cleaning routines.

• Practical exercises
  Proper use and maintenance of respiratory protection, and measures to reduce dust in the workplace.
