Lost evidence?

Have you taken the course at BIKS?
If you have lost your certificate of competence, you can submit a request to danielle@biks.no 

If you want a new Certificate of Competence (Plastic card with picture) it costs NOK. 450,-
We then need your full name, date of birth DD.MM.YYYY and the address you want your new certificate of competence sent to!

If your photo was issued before 2020, you must send a new photo ("Passport photo") to danielle@biks.no 
You can take a picture with your mobile phone - standing with a white background.

If you have attended a course at BIKS after January 2019, you can log in to "My profile" and download a PDF file of your course certificate and or certificate of competence.

For evidence taken from other course providers, you can try contacting the Sentralregisteret.
